We have been blessed with 3 little girls and one very cute little lad. These little strippies are so cute and we can't wait to see how they grow up.
All babies are spoken for and they are also the last babies we are expecting till mid next year (2012) ~ 30th Oct 2010 ~ It is with great excitment that we welcomed a very special baby into our home today and a first for us........ Please keep posted for more information about this special little addition!! ~ 20th Oct 2010 ~ Today I received this lovely email from a great family who adopted one of my rehome females when she was 2yrs old. "Chill" (Pictured) is the daughter of Storm & Billie and the mother to our own girl Crumbbs. Chill is now 4.5yrs old! She lives in sunny Yepoon and enjoys alot of time on the beach with her family :o)
Chill is now almost 5yrs old and looking as healthy and happy as ever!! "Hi Jana, it has been a while since we talked, Chilli is going great guns, she is such a wonderful dog, everybody loves her, she is as fit as a fiddle and she just loves the beach, anyway I have attached a quick picture. She has such a wonderful temperment it is a credit to your breeding.
Actually she is still called Chilli, but she does have a nickname, her nickname is "stinky" not because she stinks or anything but just because she has an amazing sense of smell so she gets stinky every now and then.
Keep well the weirs"
Thanks guy's for giving her such a wonderful home :o) ~ 18th Oct 2010 ~ Just thought I'd share this little pic I received today of our little pocket rocket "RB" Owned and loved by Scott & Natalie.
A real action shot!! RB is having a great time with his Frisbee! His growing up to be a real corker (Pic @ 9.5mths old) and look at that brilliant red coat!!!! Thanks for giving him such a great home guy's and all the best with your new little addition "Cruz" I'm sure she will keep you both on your toes AGAIN!! LOL :o) ~ 12th Oct 2010 ~ Latest up date has just come in about our GLOBE trotting Stafford "Ourknights Ice Demon" In August Darwin arrived safely to his new home in Spain. Travelling from China, where he had lived since Oct 2006 with his wonderful family the Lovell's. The Lovell's where relocating from China to Spain due to work reposting and Darwin was going with them (or they weren't going!!) Darwin is a diplomatic dog who will probably see more of this world then I ever will. He was born and raised in the NT Australia till he was 4mths old. Then off to China to spend almost 4yrs and now a stint in Spain, with trips in the car to England where he'll spend time with the extended Lovell family. Darwin has a fabulous temperament and is a brilliant embassador for the Ourknights Prefix but most importantly for the breed as a whole. Here are some pic's of him settling into his new surrounding in Spain.
Darwin playing dead dog on the patio!! Only a day or so after arriving into Spain.
Darwin and his Stafford ball, a game to help him get accustom to his new surroundings!
Darwin wishing he could play in the pool too!! Locked out :o(
Posing for the Camera (Oct 2010)
Lastly Darwin doing his usual thing....forriging!!!! ~ 11 Oct 2010 ~ LAKE TANZER
This is what our back paddock looked like when we woke up on Monday morning!!! That is a 1.5a paddock and bar the top 5meter's in one corner and 25mter's in the other is was completely submerged........normally the water is right down the back in a small lagoon!! ~ 10th Oct 2010~ The beautiful Flame has now gone to live with her new family in there lovely home at Cashmere (Nice and Close). She has a new best mate in 10yr old Atticus who I'm sure she will be inseperable with in no time. Flame is sure to live the good life with the Stones family, she now has 3 young guy's to get kisses from and play games with.
We look forward to getting updates on how she is going and all her little adventures.
Awww what a lovely family shot :o) ~ 8th Oct 2010 ~ We have decided to open our own doggie business :o) "Pavement Paws Domestic Animal Services" & "Easy On Easy Off Double Polar Fleece Dog Jumper's" Our business will be mainly an online adventure at first with our Doggie Jumper's and accessories. The jumper's section is already up and going preparing for next winter. Our "Easy On Easy Off" design is one of a kind and was designed by us. We decided to invent a jumper style jacket for our own dogs that had NO VELCRO, ZIPS OR BUTTONS making them less fidly especially for cold morning hands or people who just simply struggle to get velcro, buttons or zips undone! Especially when there is an excited wiggly dog inside the jacket that wont stay still for even a moment!!!! It was enitially my mother's idea because she has a sore back and was finding it hard going trying to get jacket's off the kids during the colder months. So she 1. came up with a better method of removing them without bending over, but was still finding it difficult to undo the velcro or zips. So 2. She decided to try her hand at designing a jacket/jumper with out the velcro, zips or buttons. Together we incorporated a number of things into our final design. Our Jumper's are made from warm double fleece, they have a chest section in them that cover's the vital organs to keep your dog warmer, they have small sections of ribbing around the neck and legs to reduce drafts from entering the chest area. The jumper's are a snug fit but have enough room and stretch in them to be EASYLY pulled on over the head and pulled off the same way. HOWEVER they are almost impossible for the dog to remove themselves (this is common with most other jackets) I'm sure many of you have experienced this with your own dogs, buying a nice warm jacket for them just to find they have pulled it off and ripped it up!!!!!!!!! We can say confidently we have trialled and tested our design on our own dogs (especially the youngster's) with great success!! Not one removal and trust me they tried, we even had the two young sister's trying to pull them off each other without success!! That's saying something!
Of course our original designs where based on our own breed the Stafford but we have branched out and can design one for any breed!! So if you don't have a Stafford don't worry we can custom make one to your specific measurements.
Please veiw our dedicated page (Our Doggie Jumper's 4 Sale) here on this site for our "Easy On Easy Off Jumper" range. Sortly we will have a website up and running dedicated just to our business. The Second and most involved part of our business will be the "Domestic Animal Services" which will offer things like a mobile hydrobathing service, dog walking (individual and group sessions), home care which includes things like; checking on your animals while your away, feeding them, playtime sessions and eventually we hope to be able to provide a doggy day care facility!! This section of the business is taking longer to get set up and it will be a little while before we can offer our services but we are very excited and hope to have everything sorted and going in the very near future. ~ 1st Oct 2010 ~ Today we visited Wilson in his new home, we where so happy to see him and he was excited to see us!!! Wilson has settled right in with Nicole, Dan & the kitties. It was lovely to watch him cruising around the place completely comfortable in his surroundings. It's quiet easy to see he is really happy and we are so very pleased he has found his special place.
~ 18th Sept 2010 ~ Our precious little man "Mr Wilson" has finally found his very own special home!! We are so pleased to know he is going to such a loving home where he will be a very much loved member of the family. We would like to thank Daniel & Nicole so much for giving him a wonderful home and loving the little fella just the way he is :o) I'm sure he will return the love to you guy's 10 fold.
We look forward to watching him grow & wish you both all the very best with him. ~ 14th Sept 2010 ~

Breeze took a 4th place from a large intermediate class on the sun also under Storm has been mated 3-9-08 Stormy girl has returned from her interstate trip and hopefully with some bubbies brewing in her belly. Puppies expected in the 2nd week of Nov, with reds, dark brindles and red brindle the colours we should get. Breeze has been mated 30-8-08 Breeze has had her fun and now we wait to see if she will take, Puppies expected in the 1st week of Nov Billie & Roxy Babies have arrived 18-6-08 My beautiful boy Billie has another stunning litter on the ground. This is a Pitford litter Billie was mated to a lovely red girl ~ Pitford Red Roxy, they have produced 5 littlies. All black brindle, 4 boys and a single girl. Congratultions Mark, Terri & Roxy......we can't wait to see them!!! A few more shows now We have attended a couple more show's now and again a few more good results, Breeze has taken an Inter In Group and Res CC Bitch which we are very proud of hopefully it won't be long and she'll crack an actual CC. The youngster's are still doing very well with Lil Crumbb's finally hitting the placing with a 2nd.....The SBT Club of QLd have held there June Specialty in conjuntion with the Ipswich Kennel club, Billie placed second in a big Aust Bred class under Mrs Clare Lee (Constones SBT's UK). Critque will be displayed when it's available. Breeze took a 2nd place also from a very large Intermediate class in the Ipswich show under breed specialist Mrs Betty Smith (Cossacks SBT's UK). Well we are back in the ring again!! With our first few show's under our belts now for the yr we are happy with our results thus far, we decided to have a break from showing in August last yr and come back to it in 08 when our new baby's would be old enough. showing lightly for the moment as this year is a busy one for our kennel with new arrives and some exciting plans. The 3 young ladies that we have kept from our latest litter's are growing well and showing that they are going to give eachother a run for the money in the ring. Fallon has taken the top honours so far with a Baby In Group, but she has been pipped at the post a few times now by her litter sister Elle who is the quiet achiever. Lil Crumbb's is yet to shine but she is a slow maturer and I'm sure good things will come from her later down the track. Check there profiles for the latest results!! 17th May 08 Old Jakey Boy show's his still go it with a great win in the Nueter Class!! He takes Nueter In Show at Brookfield Show society In on Sat 17th May. I was so proud of him and he was so excited to be strutting his stuff again, Jake is and always was a true show man and still to this day know's when he has won. He'll jump up and grab his ribbon from your hand and carry it out of the ring for all to see, saying look at me I'm a winner. It wont be long now and Jake will be gracing the rings in the Vetran Class too, with 7yrs not that far away. Early Feb 08 Latest news on Darwin comes through, he's enjoying his 1st encounter with Shanghai's snow season!! Darwin is Chill's litter brother and a lovely gentle giant who we exported in 06 with a lovely Uk family who were going to be stationed in China for a few yrs. Hopefully he will have a new four legged member of his family in the coming months.
Do I have something on my nose??? Honest I havent been digging in the garden, Honest!!
Here it comes here it comes...................where did it go???? Snow ball throwing is quiet dumbfounding for Darwin as he can't quiet understand where the ball keeps disappearing too??

8th Sept 07 Well once again we have moved AGAIN!!!!!!! ARRRRRRGGGGGG I tell ya I'm sick and tired of moving, it's such a big job and when there is only 2 of you to do it all it's a really big job. We have moved on to some land now about 2.5 acers and the dogs are really loving it.....They have there own little dam to swim in and loads of room to romp around on. Last move but, next one will be into our own house!!!! Well we have finished up showing for this year, have a few other things to concerntrate on at the moment but we'll be back don't worry about that. I have a few little shows I want to do and the QLD specialty still this year but thats it. We have some litter's planned for the very end of the year and through till about half way through next year, We are very excited about them as we are going to try a few things and hopefully add something special to our bloodlines to help further our breeding programme so keep posted!!! 5th July 07 I thought I should introduce our other fur kids which don't get talked about much on this type of website. Glen has taken to all my Staffords so well and they adore him but Glen suprisingly enough likes cats alot and brought to the family a wonderful cat called Marlie (I'm not a huge cat fan, I have owned them but not quiet like this cat). Marlie has a personality to die for and is exceptionally friendly to all he meets, he talks to you and follows you round much like a dog would. Marlie is a Burmese X Siamese and thankfully only got the colouring from the siamese. His personality is Burmese through and through. We recently got a play mate and companion for Marlie in a little white kitten called Lily, she is a Blue Russian X Persian and again a very friendly young lady. Here is a picture of the two.
4th July 07 Here are the latest pictures of Darwin in his home in China, he was exported at 4mths and these are of him at 11mths. His family are originally from the UK but are living for work in Shanghai. He has apparently drawn alot of attention over there from the locals as white dogs are good luck. So he gets lots of pats from passes by. Darwin is a gentle giant with a to die for personality and temperament.
Darwin at play!!! Typical Stafford trait, "must catch the water & eat it!!" Darwin waiting pateniently for his new red ball, "Come on Ella I'm being a good boy....see see see!!!"
This is Darwin and his play mate...this saint is 5mths younger than Darwin but is bigger already. They live in the same housing village together and have regular play dates. 20th June 07 The Ourknights Show team have a great day out at The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club Of QLD's Champ show on the 9th June. I had 4 entered and all placed in there respective classes. Billie, Chill, Diva & Breeze. Young Breezie Bear taking the top honours of PUPPY IN SHOW at her first Speacialty. Bill placed 2nd in a top quality class, Chill took home 4th in her junior class and Diva followed up the placings to Breeze with a 4th in the puppy class. I'm very proud of the gang. 18th June 07 Latest critiques have been loaded to the show results pages for my guys. 10th May 07 So much has happened for us in the last 4 months. Storms babies have grown and gone to there new homes (photo's in the baby album). Chill got her first points with a Bitch CC while I was away, handled beautifully by Mel. All the girls taking there turns in the classes and winning classes of group. Billie has also been doing quiet well when he wins his class. He has a few Res CC's and a few classes. Storm will be making a return to the ring in the coming weeks. She wont be shown alot but she does love it and will be taken out on occassion, along with Jake who will be entered in the neuter class where possible. We made a fleeting trip to Sydney for the NSW specialty over Easter. Billie, Chill and Oscar where shown and with some reasonable results from Chill and Oscar. Chill placing 5th out of a large class and Oscar placing 6th out of another large class. 23rd Jan 07 Storm delivers her 2nd litter with ease, I'm very proud of her as she had to have a ceasar for the last puppy in her first litter. So was concerned she would struggle with this one but not a chance she breezed through it in 2hrs 20mins for 6 new babies. Jake is a very proud father and he better be as this is his last litter. Jake has since been nuetered. So we have 3 of each sex and mum and bub are doing really well. Please check the nursery page for piccies. ............................................................................................................................................................ Billie was shown in the Australian bred class on the Saturday, with allot of very toey boys. Although he didn't place he was pulled out in the last eight, so I was very happy with that. On the Sunday Billie was shown in his age class Intermediate for a very pleasing result of 2nd from some strong competition. Well done boy's you've done us proud again. For more results and critiques check out the brag page. 13th Jan 06
We have moved again!!!! We are now back in the Northern Territory for a sort period of time, We are trying to settle back into the swing of things up here and get the dogs used to the extreme weather conditions. They seem to be taking it in there stride. We are heading back into the ring this month and are looking forward to it. Showing is very small up here (one judge for whole show) and will take some time to get used to again. We are planning to come visit throughout the year for various specialty shows etc. So see you round :)
